Victoria Allman
has been following her stomach around the globe on yachts for ten years. She is culinary trained at both the Stratford Chef’s School in
Canada and the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Her pursuit
of food knowledge has led her into kitchens in Hong Kong, England,
Vietnam, Tahiti, South Africa, the Caribbean and Nepal. Each new
destination adds a deepening knowledge of world cuisines, new recipes
to her repertoire and stories for her book SEA FARE: A Chef’s Journey Across the Ocean.
